Vitality Ministries
We are a small coaching and consulting group that focuses on helping pastors and churches in the processes of transformation, revitalization, and engaging in missional ministries. The cornerstone of our methodology is to use the coaching process, which asks powerful questions integrated with reflective listening to help clients discover their own God given solutions. When solutions are uncovered in this process there is a much greater buy-in and ownership of the action plan. We also believe firmly in building a customized package using various tools and processes to address the specific needs of the particular congregation or church plant.
Dana S. Allin, Lead Consultant

Dana has dedicated himself to church transformation. After graduating Fuller Theological Seminary in 2000 he became the pastor of Christ Presbyterian Church in Lakewood California, which was designated as a church in need of revitalization. While in engaging as their pastor, Dana became a Natural Church Development Coach and worked with several churches in the implementation of that process. He also began his doctoral work at Fuller studying revitalization of medium and large congregations.
Dana then became the lead pastor at Indian River Presbyterian Church in Fort Pierce, FL; a significantly larger congregation that was also designated as a congregation in need of revitalization. While at Indian River he became a certified coach through CoachNet International Ministries and a licensed trainer of coaches using the CoachNet process. He led Indian River to develop a not for profit ministry, Grace Way Village, which focuses meeting the physical, spiritual, emotional, and economic needs of families in poverty on the Treasure Coast. He is also leading the charge to develop a new church, Koinonia, which is a church plant of missional communities.
Dana is married to Beth, who is also an ordained pastor and one of the associate pastors at Indian River Presbyterian. They have three children.
